- Stripers @ HI
No boats out today but the Big news is Stripers @ Hatteras Inlet. Over the past couple of days a few nice stripers have been caught on bait. There have been 4 that I have heard of @ the Inlet, 3 or 4 up in Buxton.. Several up in Rodanthe. Thats more stripers in a few days then we saw all last year. That is sa very good sign I hope. Been a few years since they have come in in force, got my fingers crossed..
There have also been a few Pups down @ HI as well.. Water is calming down and things are gettting back to normal. Island is still 4x4 only access, but that can change any day.
